For free-standing letters we recommend at least 30 mm height and 8–10 mm depth so they stand upright. Wall letters can be thinner (4–6 mm). The size and depth sliders let you set exact millimetres.
Bold fonts with thick strokes print best — Bebas Neue, Bowlby One, Fredoka or Russo One. Thin serifs can produce fragile parts at small sizes. All 70 included fonts are tested for 3D extrusion.
Yes — every STL is fully watertight (manifold) and imports into Cura, Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer or OrcaSlicer without repairs. Letters print support-free when laid flat.
